This is such a mess. How arrogant to make such a song. No wonder the government has caught do many people – Raj was basically telegraphing the whole thing in song. What worries me more is all the people they aren’t catching.

Such ethical behavior must be what Anil Kumar teaches in the Indian School of business. Disgusting.

  3. Martin S. says:

Insider trading is rampant. Everyone was quick to redeem from Galleon but where was the initial due diligence to begin with? Such a fraud likely wouldn’t have happened here in UK.

  4. Vachan B says:

It’s nice to see the government finally getting agressivr. Such insider dealings remain rampant Jere in India and no due diligence is being done about it.

  5. James R. says:

At least Raj can take some consolation in the fact that he has quite a promising career as a snarky prison snitch. Cheers!

  6. Thomas D. says:

I wonder how much in legal fees were paid to Ropes and Gray – maybe investors can recoup not just from Galleon but Cutiilo. R&G was quick to remove his bio but I bet won’t cough up fat fees anytime soon….
